Who We Are
The Presbyterian Relief and Development Agency (PRDA) is the relief and development arm of the Presbyterian Church of South Sudan (PCOSS). Established in 1993, PRDA was officially registered as a Non-Governmental Organization by the Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (SRRC) in 2008 and continues to operate with full legal recognition from the Ministry of Legal Affairs and Constitutional Development of the Republic of South Sudan.
PRDA has been a member of the ACT Alliance since 2012 and previously a member of the OLS/UNICEF consortium (1997). Since its inception, PRDA has worked with war-affected and marginalized communities across South Sudan, providing emergency relief services while building local capacities for self-reliance and sustainable development.
